Refund Policy
Disclaimer
At Astro Maverick, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. If, for any reason, you are eligible for a refund, the following policy applies.
Order cancellation
* Orders cancelled before they are shipped are eligible for a 100% refund.
* Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Damaged and defective products
You are eligible for a full refund if:
* The product arrives with a broken bottle.
* The perfume is leaking upon delivery.
* The outer packaging or product is significantly damaged during transit.
To process your claim:
* A continuous unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully visible.
* Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
* Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographs and the unboxing video.
Once your claim is verified, Astro Maverick will issue a 100% refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Return policy
Due to the personal nature of perfumes and hygiene considerations, Astro Maverick does not accept returns once a perfume has been opened or used.
Returns are accepted only if:
* The bottle is broken upon delivery.
* The perfume is leaking.
* The product received is physically damaged.
* The shipping box has suffered major transit damage that has affected the product.
A valid continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests involving damaged products.
Products that have been opened, tested, or used and do not have any manufacturing or transit defects are not eligible for return.
Approved returns may be replaced or refunded at Astro Maverick’s discretion.
